I was traveling to Boston to move my daughter into her new place on labor day weekend when my trailer had a major breakdown leaving me stranded in the city with no one to call. I had no idea where to go or where I could have my trailer moved to and started calling trailer places which no one answered due to the holiday weekend. Whitehorse was the 3rd call on the list and they answered. Though the shop was closed for the weekend Ryan suggested a reliable towing company to tow my trailer, was easy to deal with and helpful. Repair parts needed to be ordered for my trailer so i had to leave it behind and head home. They ordered the parts, made the repairs and held the trailer until i could come back out and pick it up. The repairs were made and were reasonable costs for the parts and labor. Knowing that i was from out of town and had an emergency they took care of the repairs and did not try to gouge me, or take advantage of the situation. This is what good service is all about, friendly, professional, reasonable, service and dependability in a town where i knew no one. I have two other trailers that are in need or replacement and because of the way this company took care of my needs in such a professional manner, I will be buying my replacement trailers through Whitehorse even if i have to make the 800 mile trip one way to pick them up. Thank you for your help with my trailer and the solid quality of your work. The drive back to Northern Indiana was uneventful thanks to quality repairs.
